Oww

Owwies, my wrist hurts, and I don't know why. I had four hours straight of homework last night, so that might have something to do with it. God, I have so much going on at school right now. Four university classes, Make Poverty History, Caveat, and Model UN. I don't have a single free lunch next week. It's crazy.

Anyways, I really don't have all that much to say. I kind of wanted to put something down so I could say I did. Got our Early Birds today. Mine was pretty good overall, although I don't think my fourth period teacher likes me too much. She gave me 4 goods when everyone else gave me excellents. You know me, obsessed about my marks.

I am sitting here watching Baseball with my dad. I'm not really watching, I'm not terribly interested. But dad's sitting here watching in complete silence like he does whenever he watched sports. It's funny because then he'll scream suddenly when a goal is scored or someone gets a home run. It scares the hell out of me sometimes. Now he's going to bed.

Wow, I really have nothing to talk about. Oh well, I hope everyone out there is feeling good. I hope Johnny is feeling better too.

Ooh, I did the model UN when I was in grade...11, I think. I did horribly, just so you know, but then again my partner really wasn't a real genius either. We were Ukraine, and seeing as how the topic was energy issues, we mentioned the Chernobyl incident every time someone mentioned nuclear energy. Good times, good times.

Anyway, I hope school is going okay. Don't worry about the work; just keep working hard, and you'll be totally reaping the benefits come January.

Hey Kateness. School's going fine, just a little overwhelming. I wanted to get some extra curricular activities in this year, but I forgot that they take up a lot of time. They are very satisfying tho. Yeah, apparently MUN is pretty fun, and you get a free lunch! Anyways, I'm sure once this semester is over I will have a good feeling of accomplishment and be able to move into my much easier second semester. And the same to you about working hard and reaping the benefits! See ya.
Hello there. Sorry I didn't comment on here before; I knew you'd written this entry but I got a little distracted by other things. It won't happen again, honest. ;)

Nothing wrong with being obsessed with your marks, incidentally. Your parents must be proud of you for caring about school work. I know mine would have been a lot more pleased with my academic career if I'd given it as much effort as you have.

With my stepdad, it was almost fun to observe him watching sports for the first couple of years I knew him. He's a very active sort - instead of sitting in complete silence, he'll shout random nonsense at the TV. "No! Not like that!" "That's it! Take him out!" "That was NOT a penalty!" Unfortunately, he's now grown to like the Superbowl, which is aired late on a Sunday night each year it's on, and for the last couple of years my mum's had to go into the living room and tell him to keep the insane ranting down.

And I am feeling slightly better now, thank you for asking. Hoepfully, you'll be feeling better too by the time you read this, but go easy on that wrist of yours, okay?

-Johnny
Thanks for being concerned about my wrist. It was feeling better, but today it's hurting again. And don't worry about commenting if something is going on. I understand. I'm glad that you are feeling better, and I hope it lasts for a long time.
